If you need to return a product, our returns process has a targeted turnaround time of 5 business days once your return request has been approved and the item has been received back by us. What is your return policy?
Here at Conscent, we stand firmly behind the quality of our products. this being reflected in the fact that fewer than 1% of our customers ever return an order. Should you change your mind, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee and a 30-day exchange on all unopened, sealed products in their original condition. Please note that, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances once they have been opened or sprayed. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, we provide full support in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
