Shipping + Returns

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible, and we work diligently to ensure your items are on their way without delay. We aim to deliver anywhere in South Africa within 2–3 business days. While this is our target, delivery times may vary slightly under certain circumstances (such as courier delays, remote areas, peak periods, or unforeseen operational constraints).

If you need to return a product, our returns process has a targeted turnaround time of 5 business days once your return request has been approved and the item has been received back by us. In rare cases, extenuating circumstances may impact this timeline and cause delays - please reach out to our support team so we can assist you promptly.

Returns Window: Please note that we can only accept returns requested within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered. Return requests submitted after this 7-day period cannot be accepted.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured right here in South Africa. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value, and are always the match that you're looking for.
How much does shipping cost?

We offer standard shipping for orders at R95, with delivery estimated within 3–5 working days, and express shipping at R145, with delivery estimated within 1–3 working days for main cities. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen delays.
How can I request for a scent to be added?

If you would like a fragrance to be added to our catalogue, please send an email to requests@conscent.co.za with the fragrance details.
What is your return policy?

Here at Conscent, we stand firmly behind the quality of our products. this being reflected in the fact that fewer than 1% of our customers ever return an order. Should you change your mind, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee and a 30-day exchange on all unopened, sealed products in their original condition. Please note that, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances once they have been opened or sprayed. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, we provide full support in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
