What is your return policy?

Should you change your mind, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee and a 30-day exchange on all unopened, sealed products in their original condition. Please note that, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances once they have been opened or sprayed. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, we provide full support in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
